CONCEPT OF ART
Concept of art: is a form of illustration used to convey an idea for use in films, video games, animation, comic books or other media before it is put into the final product. Concept art is also referred to as visual development and/or concept design.
This movie poster is called After You.This is what I called our thriller opening to be. I have considered about the lighting and layout in this poster. Therefore, you can tell that the poster genre is horror thriller because of the way the font colour and layout is presented as the font of the colour is dark blue. There is a girl drowning in the mysterious ocean which portrays warning and mystery with a bit of fright. Also, the way the fonts has been written in, it looks like a really old written form. It is also obvious that the movie poster genre is horror thriller is because the poster has dark colours as it emphasis something bad. There is also a question right at the bottom " Could you save her?" implying something bad must of happened or is going happening. It also makes the reader of the poster think about it more as he or she would start guessing what happened to her or what would they do therefore making them curious... AND curiosity means that they would want to see the sequence or film making it more attractive to viewers.
